The Rules, The Process, and Why Entering Matters
To keep The Cashies fair, exciting, and worthy of the stage they will be presented on, every category will follow the same judging process.
All entries will be reviewed in advance by our judging panel (of four), and from every category three finalists will be shortlisted.
Those finalists will be officially announced live on stage, on Day 1 (Friday) at Cash Pay Summit in Los Angeles, creating the first big moment of recognition for the clinics, leaders, and team members who have made it through to the final stage.
From there, one overall winner in each category will be selected and revealed during The Cashies Gala on Saturday night, in front of peers, industry leaders, and the wider cash-based healthcare community.
This means that even becoming shortlisted is a significant achievement – because your work, your clinic, or your team member will already be recognized publicly as one of the very best in the profession. Every finalist and nominee will also be part of the full awards experience.
From the moment you arrive, you will have your opportunity to walk The Cashies Red Carpet, where nominees, finalists, and winners will be photographed, interviewed, and celebrated as part of the evening.

Each winner will be called to the stage during the live awards show, receive their award in front of the room, and have a dedicated celebration moment captured professionally for social media, photography, and video.
