When I started my own CASH PAY clinic in the UK, back in 2007, there was NO ONE to help me understand Cash Pay and no one really knew how to sell it in a country with FREE health care. I had to figure it out for myself.
So I DID.

There were no easy access frameworks. No Cash PAY conferences. No playbooks. Just a few of us who believed there had to be a better way than playing the insurance game.
That was 2016.
We were one of the first ever communities of cash-based clinic owners in the world.
What started out as a handful of hopeful PTs, has grown to something incredible.

The Cash Pay Summit 2026 is a 3 day live event running from Friday May 1st to Sunday May 3rd in Los Angeles, CA.
Friday and Saturday run approximately 9am to 6pm. Sunday finishes earlier, around 4pm
There is also an optional (but strongly recommended) Pre Day Intensive on Thursday April 30th, available with the ALL ACCESS Pass for practice owners who like the idea of adding $8K-10K/month by simply teaching what they already know to a small-group of people in their clinic.
